We collect the data you voluntarily provide in the newsletter form (name and email) and technical navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited) coming from cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose
The data is used to send you communications about real estate crowdlending, updates on published works, educational content and site updates. We also use it for statistical and service improvement purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent and on the legitimate interest of maintaining and improving bynorvexis.com, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
5. Retention
We keep your data while a subscription relationship exists and until you request its deletion. Analytical data is kept for a maximum period of 24 months.
